What FLOKI is

FLOKI is a memecoin that launched in 2021, named after the Shiba Inu that Elon Musk said he would call Floki. The project runs the token on both BNB Chain and Ethereum, and its deepest pool is this one, against WBNB on BNB Chain.

Unlike many memecoins, it has attached products to the token — a game called Valhalla and a set of DeFi tools — and spent heavily on marketing. None of that changes what mainly drives the price, which is attention: social media, exchange listings and the mood of the memecoin market as a whole.

Its supply runs into the trillions, which is why the price per token has so many zeros after the decimal point.
