Privacy Policy
Last updated 23 October 2026
Privacc is built to need as little of your data as possible. There are no accounts and no sign-up, and reading the site is not recorded. Three things are collected, each only when you use it: an email address if you choose to join the mailing list, a report of each swap, and what you write in the help chat if you open one. Each is described in full below.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your phone number, postal address or government identification, or your name unless you give it to start a help chat. We never ask for, receive or store your private keys or seed phrase — it is not technically possible for us to see them. We hold no email address for you unless you typed one into the signup form in the footer, or into the help chat, yourself.
The mailing list
Entering your address in the footer form does not subscribe you. It sends one email containing a confirmation link, and nothing is stored until you click it. If you never click, your address is never added to anything — which is also why someone entering an address that is not theirs achieves nothing beyond one ignorable email.
Once confirmed, the address is held by Resend, who host the list and store it on our behalf. We use it for occasional updates about Privacc and nothing else. It is not linked to your wallet address, is never used to identify you on the site, and is not sold or shared with advertisers.
Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. You can also ask us to delete your address at any time using the contact address below. Subscribing is entirely optional and makes no difference to how the Interface works.
Your wallet address
When you connect a wallet, the Interface reads your public wallet address in your browser so it can display balances and build a transaction. We do not create an account against it. Note that your address and every transaction you sign are recorded on the blockchain that settles them — Solana, or whichever network you swapped on — which is public and permanent. That is a property of the blockchain, not something Privacccontrols.
Technical data
Our hosting provider processes standard server request data — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamp — in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. This is ordinary web-server logging and is not linked to your wallet.
Swap reports
When a swap succeeds or fails, Privacc records a report of it. This is the one place where we collect more than the site strictly needs to run, and it is worth being exact about what it contains:
- the pair and the amounts shown in the swap — for example 1 SOL to 120 USDC;
- which router handled it (Jupiter or LI.FI) and the page it was started from;
- a random code made fresh on each page load, so the reports from one visit can be read together; it is not stored and cannot link one visit to another;
- the first and last six characters of the wallet that signed it, never the full address;
- the time it settled, and whether it succeeded;
- your IP address, your browser's user agent, and the country and region our hosting provider derives from that address;
- the name of the wallet app used, and a coarse device label such as “iPhone · Safari”;
- for a swap that was declined or failed, the step it reached and the error message the router or wallet returned.
We collect it for three reasons. It is the audit trail behind a fee we are paid, so it has to be reconcilable. It is how we find out that swapping is broken on a particular phone or browser, which produces no record anywhere else. And it is what lets us identify and stop abuse of the Interface, including use from places we are not permitted to serve.
The report is sent to a private operations channel that only Privacc can read. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to build a profile of you or to follow you between pages. We will delete a report on request — see below — and if you ask us what we hold about a wallet or an address, we will tell you.
There is still no analytics product on this site. No page views are recorded and no visitor is counted. A swap report is written when you swap, not when you read.
The help chat
The chat button loads with the page but sends nothing until you start a chat. To start one you give a name and an email address, so we know who we are talking to and can reply by email if you leave. Your messages are answered first by an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude, reached through OpenRouter; both process messages in the United States) and, if you ask for a person, by our team, who read and answer them through Telegram.
During a chat with a person you can send a screenshot. Your browser redraws it as a new image before sending, which removes its metadata (such as location), and our server checks and re-encodes it again. It is stored privately with the chat and shown only to our team. A one-way hash of your IP address is kept to stop abuse; the address itself is not.
Chats, including any screenshots, are stored with Supabase in the EU (Ireland) and deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask. Never write or screenshot a seed phrase, private key or password in the chat: we never need one, and anyone who asks for one is not us. To see or delete a chat, email support@privacc.net.
Cookies
Privacc does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Wallet software and the swap panel may use your browser's local storage to remember your connection and settings on your own device, and the help chat keeps your current conversation there (forgotten after 30 days unused); that data stays in your browser. A price chart you switch to its TradingView or GeckoTerminal view is loaded from that service inside the page, and that service may set its own cookies under its own policy; nothing of theirs loads unless you choose that view.
Third parties
Using the Interface means your browser also talks to third parties: Jupiter, for routing and quotes on Solana; LI.FI, for routing on other networks; public RPC providers, to read chain state and submit your transaction; GeckoTerminal, for the price history behind the charts; TradingView and GeckoTerminal, only when you switch a chart to their view, which then loads from their servers along with their own analytics; your wallet provider; and our hosting provider. If you join the mailing list, Resend stores your address as our processor. Each receives your IP address as an unavoidable part of your browser making the request, and each has its own privacy policy and handles data under its own terms. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. We hold no accounts, so what we are likely to hold is an email address if you joined the mailing list, and swap reports containing an IP address, a user agent and a partial wallet address. We will return or erase either on request. For a swap report, quoting the transaction signature or the wallet is the quickest way for us to find it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it.
