Fees
Three separate costs apply to a swap. All of them are visible in the quote before you sign anything.
Privacc platform fee
Taken from the output token as part of the same transaction, and already reflected in the amount you see you will receive. It varies by pair — higher on memecoins, where the spreads and the risk of routing are both wider, and lower on the large liquid pairs. Jupiter retains 20% of it for providing the routing; the remainder is ours. This is the only way Privacc makes money — we do not sell order flow, run a token, or charge for anything else.
The figure that matters is the one in front of you when you sign, not one written on a page you read earlier. Whatever rate applies to your pair is already inside the quote: the amount shown is the amount that arrives, and you can check it against any other route before you approve anything.
Network fee
Paid to the network that settles your swap, not to us. On Solana it is typically a fraction of a US cent; on Ethereum and the other EVM networks it is larger and varies with how busy the chain is. Your wallet may add a priority fee when the network is busy so your transaction is included faster.
Price impact and slippage
Not a fee, but it affects what you receive. Large orders relative to a pool's liquidity move the price. Jupiter reduces this by splitting an order across several decentralised exchanges. On Solana the tolerance is not yours to set: Jupiter's Ultra routing computes it from the pair's own liquidity, which is why there is no slippage control in that panel. The panel on the other networks does let you choose one. Either way, if the price moves beyond that tolerance before the transaction confirms, the swap fails and your funds stay in your wallet.
What we do not charge
No account fee, no deposit or withdrawal fee, no performance fee, and no charge for a failed transaction. There is nothing to deposit in the first place — Privacc never holds your funds.
