Terms of Service

Last updated 21 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Privacc (the "Interface") at https://privacc.com. By using the Interface you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. What the Interface is

Privacc is a website that helps you build and submit a token swap transaction on a public blockchain. That is Solana on most of the site, and BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum or Polygon on the pages that offer them. Routing is provided by third-party software — Jupiter on Solana, LI.FI on the other networks — and the swap itself is executed by public smart contracts that we do not own or control.

Privacc is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, or financial institution. We do not take custody of your assets, hold your private keys, match orders, or operate a trading venue.

2. Your wallet and your keys

You are solely responsible for your wallet, your private keys, your seed phrase, and every transaction you sign. We cannot access, move, freeze, reverse or recover your funds, and we cannot help you recover a lost key. A transaction is final once the network that settles it has confirmed it, on every chain the Interface supports.

3. Fees

A platform fee is applied to swaps routed through the Interface and is disclosed in the quote before you sign. Network fees are paid to whichever network settles your swap, never to us. See the Fees page for the full breakdown.

4. No advice

Nothing on the Interface is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Token prices are volatile and you can lose all of the value you put in. Any token data shown is supplied by third parties, may be delayed or wrong, and should not be relied on. You are responsible for your own research and for any tax you owe.

5. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use the Interface. You may not use it if you are subject to applicable sanctions, and you may not use it for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, or any other unlawful purpose. You may not interfere with the Interface, scrape it beyond reasonable use, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

6. Third-party services

The Interface depends on third parties including Jupiter and LI.FI for routing, public RPC providers for the networks it supports, wallet software, and token data providers. We do not control them, do not guarantee their availability or accuracy, and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

7. No warranty

The Interface is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any smart contract it interacts with is free of vulnerabilities.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Privacc and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, or data, arising from your use of the Interface — including losses caused by price movement, slippage, failed or stuck transactions, smart contract failure, third-party outages, or your own mistakes.

9. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Interface, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Interface after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Privacc is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
