Risk Warning
Last updated 21 September 2026
Privacc is a swap interface. It gives you no advice, makes no recommendation about any token, and does not monitor your positions. Every decision to buy, sell or hold is yours alone, and so is every loss that follows from it. Read this page before you swap anything.
Money
Prices move, and they can go to zero
Token prices change fast and without warning, and the market runs every hour of every day. A token can lose most of its value in a session, and some of the tokens listed on this site have no business, no revenue and no assets behind them. Never put in more than you can afford to lose completely.Your trade moves the price
Swaps execute against liquidity pools. The larger your order is relative to the pool, the worse the rate you get, and that cost is called price impact. It is shown in the quote before you sign. On thinly traded tokens it can be severe, and on a large order it can be far larger than our fee.You may not be able to get out
Liquidity is not guaranteed. A token that was easy to sell last week may be hard to sell today, and in a falling market the pools that would buy it thin out exactly when you want to exit.Transactions cannot be reversed
Once you sign and the network confirms, the swap is final. There is no chargeback, no support queue that can undo it, and no way for us to recover tokens. We never hold your funds, so there is nothing for us to return. What it costs
A network fee, the price impact of your route, and a Privacc fee included in the quote. See the fees page for the full breakdown.Scams and impostor tokens
Token symbols are not unique
Anyone can create a token on any of these networks and call it whatever they like. Searching a popular name routinely returns several impostors alongside the real one. The only reliable identifier is the mint address, which is why every token page here publishes it and why the swap is pre-filled rather than asking you to paste anything.Do your own research
We list tokens by trading activity and liquidity. That is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a judgement that a project is honest or will survive. Rug pulls, abandoned projects and coordinated pumps are common. Check what you are buying before you buy it.Nobody from Privacc will contact you
We will never message you first, never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and never ask you to send tokens anywhere. Anyone who does is stealing from you. Your seed phrase should never be typed into any website, including this one.The tokens themselves
Bridged and wrapped assets are claims, not the asset
Tokens such as wrapped Bitcoin or bridged assets are not the original coin. They are a claim on something a bridge or a custodian is holding. If that bridge is exploited or that custodian fails, the token can trade far below the asset it tracks, no matter what the asset itself does.Liquid staking tokens can trade below their stated value
A liquid staking token is a receipt from a stake pool. Redeeming through the pool takes time, while selling on the market is instant, so in a rush for the exit these tokens can trade below what the pool says they are worth.Tokenised stocks are not shares
A token that tracks a share price is not that share. It carries no ownership, no voting rights and no dividend entitlement, and it depends on the issuer continuing to honour it.Technology
Smart contracts can fail
Swaps, stake pools and bridges are software. Bugs and exploits happen, and when they do the losses are usually permanent. Using this interface means accepting that risk in the contracts your trade touches, none of which we own or control.Transactions can fail or stall
A network can be congested. A swap may fail if the price moves beyond the slippage setting, or stall long enough that you resubmit. A failed swap still costs the network fee, though your tokens stay where they were.Your wallet is your responsibility
There are no accounts here, so security rests entirely on your wallet. If you lose your seed phrase, or someone else obtains it, your funds are gone and nobody can restore them. The service
We depend on third parties
Routing comes from Jupiter, trades execute on public exchanges, and chain data comes from public providers. We do not control any of them. If one is down, wrong or compromised, this interface may be unavailable or may show incorrect information, and we are not liable for losses that result.Prices and figures shown here are indicative
Rates, conversion tables and token data are supplied by third parties and may be stale or wrong. Nothing shown on this site is a quote you can hold us to. The only binding figure is the one in your wallet at the moment you approve the transaction.Availability is not guaranteed
We may change, suspend or discontinue the interface at any time, with or without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses caused by downtime.Your local law is your responsibility
Rules on crypto assets differ by country and change often. You are responsible for deciding whether using this interface is lawful where you are, and for any tax you owe. We give no legal or tax advice.Questions
